A fully remote IT consulting company is looking for a SQL Server Database Administrator to manage and optimize SQL Server environments across multiple clients. The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years of DBA experience and strong skills in T-SQL, backup strategies, and HA/DR solutions. This role includes performing health checks, ensuring database security, and providing client support. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 and a flexible work environment.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on level of relevant experience)

The SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft SQL Server environments across multiple clients. This role ensures high availability, performance, security, and recoverability of all database systems while supporting development teams, business stakeholders, and mission‑critical applications.
