Insight Global is seeking a Senior SQL Database Administrator to join a small, collaborative DBA team supporting a large-scale production environment. You will serve as the primary U.S.-based DBA, focusing on SQL Server clustering, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

The role is fully remote with occasional collaboration across time zones as you participate in cloud migration, on-prem to Azure modernization, and cross-team initiatives.

Senior SQL Database Administrator (DBA) | Remote

We're hiring a Senior SQL Database Administrator to join a small, collaborative DBA team supporting a large-scale production environment. This role will serve as the primary U.S.-based DBA and is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on with Microsoft SQL Server, particularly SQL Server clustering, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

The environment is currently largely on-premises but continuing to evolve toward Azure and cloud-based technologies, giving this person an opportunity to support both core production systems and ongoing modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server databases and SQL Server clusters
