Job summary

A technology organization is seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator to manage databases supporting key enterprise systems. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of DBA experience, strong ETL and data management skills, and proficiency in SQL Server 2016+. This remote position requires occasional travel to Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of large-scale data management and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL Server 2016+, T-SQL performance tuning, and ETL workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases for enterprise applications.
• Support development team with stored procedures and queries.
• Implement data validation rules and ETL pipelines.
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
• Manage backup/restore strategy and disaster recovery procedures.
