Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain data, analytics, reporting, and geospatial solutions for portfolio advisory clients.

You will develop dashboards (Power BI/Looker/Tableau), data pipelines, and ArcGIS Online environments, enabling data-driven decisions across real estate portfolios. Collaboration with account teams and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
• Experience building dashboards and analytical products used by business stakeholders.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience creating data pipelines within cloud analytics platforms.
• Databricks experience strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for portfolio performance, occupancy trends, and operations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and data models.
• Integrate data from internal systems, client platforms, and external sources.
• Develop and maintain ArcGIS Online environments, maps, dashboards, and geospatial data products.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, data prep, and processes.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with account teams and clients to understand needs and priorities.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
