The role focuses on analyzing Real Estate opportunities, performing financial and market analysis, evaluating property performance and investment potential, and preparing materials that support decision‑making across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Real Estate investment analysis experience.
• Experience in underwriting, valuations, and market research.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build projections.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Real Estate opportunities across different property and asset types.
• Perform financial analysis, underwriting, valuations, and market research.
• Build, review, and refine financial models and projections.
• Analyze property performance, cash flows, profitability, market comparables, and investment returns.
• Review financial and property‑related documentation to validate assumptions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Conduct market and comparable research to support investment and valuation decisions.
• Prepare and review Real Estate materials such as investment summaries, valuation analyses, BOVs, Offering Memorandums, debt packages, and equity presentations.
• Translate financial and market information into clear insights and recommendations for investors, brokers, lenders, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with an international team in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst / Senior Analyst to support one of our international clients, a technology company operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Real Estate.

This role will focus on analyzing Real Estate opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, evaluating property performance and investment potential, and preparing materials that support decision‑making across different stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience within the Real Estate industry and a strong analytical and financial foundation. Experience specifically within the U.S. Commercial Real Estate market is not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Real Estate opportunities across different property and asset types.
• Perform financial analysis, underwriting, valuations, and market research.
• Build, review, and refine financial models and projections.
• Analyze property performance, cash flows, profitability, market comparables, and investment returns.
• Review financial and property‑related documentation to validate assumptions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Conduct market and comparable research to support investment and valuation decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate, ideally within investment analysis, acquisitions, underwriting, valuation, asset management, Real Estate finance, capital markets, or related areas.
• Hands‑on experience analyzing properties or Real Estate investment opportunities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with exposure to metrics such as NOI, Cap Rate, cash flow, ROI, IRR, or similar Real Estate metrics.
• Experience with financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, projections, or investment analysis.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze comparable properties and market trends.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work confidently with financial and property‑level data.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple Real Estate asset classes, including commercial, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, residential, or mixed‑use.
• Experience preparing investment materials such as BOVs, OMs, debt packages, equity decks, or investor presentations.
• Previous exposure to international clients, teams, investors, or Real Estate markets.
• Experience working in a remote or international environment.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered or technology‑driven Real Estate tools.
