Job summary
JLL seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across its global commercial real estate platform. You will perform advanced modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to influence investment strategies and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include monthly closes, variance analyses, and preparing executive-ready dashboards for senior leadership. Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems are required; CPA/MBA are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variances, and dashboards for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations to analyze metrics and risks.
- Lead monthly/quarterly close, budgeting, and forecast updates for portfolios.
- Oversee AR activities and assist in board/investor reporting packages.
- Support reporting automation while preserving data integrity.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements.
