Job summary

Gallagher & Mohan is seeking an Investor Relations & CRM Analyst to support a US-based real estate private equity client. You will own the accuracy of the CRM, build intelligence on investors, brokers, lenders, and partners, and prepare materials that reach LPs and internal stakeholders.

The role is research-driven and detail-heavy, focused on clean records, timely investor updates, and a deal team that never has to question the information in front of them.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in CRM/database management or investor relations support.
• Hands-on CRM ownership with data hygiene and deduplication.
• Strong written English, capable of drafting investor communications.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and build biographies of key contacts from internal records and external sources.
• Maintain categorized contact lists for investors, brokers, lenders, and partners.
• Own CRM accuracy, deduplicate records, and log activity after meetings.
• Prepare investor materials and support quarterly/annual reporting cycles.
