Responsibilities include leading analysts, developing metrics, validating data, and producing actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, data collection, and data management skills.
• Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analysts to provide daily oversight and guidance in pursuit of departmental goals.
• Develop and manage performance metrics for direct reports.
• Act as a role model for the overall JREDD platform.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing data collection findings and validation results.
• Present progress and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance data reporting and visualization capabilities.
• Develop methods to gather asset and facility data and improve data quality.
• Work with leadership to streamline data collection to CMMS and other tools.
• Provide support with setup and daily management of databases and tools.
• Provide insights to optimize asset performance and support informed decisions.
• Help develop QA/QC tools and techniques.
