Job summary

Apex Capital Group, a private real estate investment firm, seeks a meticulous Real Estate Data Analyst to manage property and marketing data. This role emphasizes data hygiene, accurate data validation, and support for daily operations in a fully remote capacity.

You will work with datasets from PropStream, Batch Leads, and other sources, ensuring clean, deduplicated information and smooth integration with marketing/dialing platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Experience handling large data sets
• Ability to analyze, clean, and validate data with high accuracy
• Familiarity with PropStream, Batch Leads, or similar data sources
• Understanding of skip tracing workflows
• Experience uploading data into marketing/dialing systems like ReadyMode or Launch Control
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain data hygiene
• Strong attention to detail and zero-error mindset
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Download data sets from PropStream, Batch, and other approved data sources
• Upload data sets into master lists while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Cross-check data against the master list to avoid duplicate skip tracing
• Use pre-built script templates to execute email blasts
• Upload accurate data into marketing platforms such as ReadyMode and Launch Control
