Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking a Payments Operations Specialist to ensure successful and flawless operation of payments programs by collaborating with internal teams and external providers. You will troubleshoot customer issues, analyze data on payment performance, and guarantee credits issued are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with launch and ongoing operations of critical programs and initiatives while identifying and implementing operational improvements
• Identify opportunities or issues with new and existing payment features and their processes
• Collaborate with appropriate teams across the WebstaurantStore, leveraging the perspective and strengths of others while seeking to add value. This includes, but is not limited to, Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, Risk, etc. The goal of this is to ensure efficient and streamlined processes and features for customers.
• Help develop tracking and reporting systems to measure, analyze, manage, and communicate operations performance and trends
• Communicates clearly, empathetically, and confidentially with customers, 3rd party services, and internal departments
• Accurately and efficiently reviews customer credits and communications to ensure customers are receiving refunds promptly
• Clearly communicates the business perspective on software needs with development when necessary
• Evaluate current processes and suggest appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
• Utilize all tools and resources to ensure the accuracy of the payments process and rectify any inaccuracies or errors discovered
