Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the Zuora platform, supporting Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting. You will partner with IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream financial systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Zuora Billing and RevPro, strong SQL, and ASC 606 knowledge. You will translate business needs into scalable, future-proof solutions while ensuring audit readiness and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
• In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write clean queries.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform including Billing and RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions quickly.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT, for Zuora-related changes and dependent system impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
• Ensure system configurations and processes meet audit and SOX compliance.
