Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora platform administration, including Billing and RevPro, and to partner with Finance and IT to ensure data quality and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems.

The role emphasizes designing scalable, future-proof solutions and strong collaboration to support growth and compliance across Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro
• In-depth ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge
• Strong SQL skills with clean, efficient queries
• Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions
• Participate in SDLC, QA and UAT for Zuora changes and dependent systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements
