Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own end-to-end Zuora platform administration, supporting Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams. You will partner with IT to ensure data quality and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and downstream financial systems.

The ideal candidate has strong Zuora Billing and Revenue/RevPro experience, solid SQL skills, and a deep understanding of ASC 606.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zuora Billing and RevPro experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Ability to partner with Finance and IT independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and administration of the Zuora platform (Billing, Revenue/RevPro).
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate bug fixes with third-party resources.
• Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Participate in all SDLC stages for Zuora changes and impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and outcomes.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
