Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the Zuora platform, Billing and RevPro, and provide daily system support for the Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams. You'll partner with IT to ensure data quality and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream financial systems, while designing scalable solutions that support growth and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro, to meet current business needs and support future growth.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT, for Zuora-related changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
