Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the Zuora platform, including Billing and RevPro, and to provide daily system support for the Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams. You will partner with IT to ensure data quality and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Strong SQL skills with clean, efficient queries
• Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs
• Triages issues and identifies required bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Participate in all SDLC stages (QA and UAT) for Zuora changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance
