Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora platform administration, supporting Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting. You will partner with IT to ensure data quality and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems.

The role requires 5+ years of Zuora experience, ASC 606 knowledge, strong SQL, and collaboration with Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Zuora Billing and RevPro experience.
• Strong ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge.
• Proficient SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own Zuora configuration including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Triage Zuora issues with third-party resources.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Participate in QA/UAT and assess system impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance.
