Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate bug fixes with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements quickly.
• Participate in SDLC stages for Zuora changes and dependent systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and deliver.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
