Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora platform administration (Billing and RevPro) and provide daily support to Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams. You will partner with IT to ensure data quality, seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ, and downstream systems.

This role requires 5+ years Zuora experience, strong SQL, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
• In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write clean, efficient queries.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
