Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora administration end-to-end, supporting Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting. You will work with IT to ensure data quality and integration across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and downstream systems.

The role requires 5+ years with Zuora Billing and Revenue/RevPro, strong SQL, and ASC 606 knowledge. Collaboration with Finance and IT is essential for scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write clean queries.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own Zuora platform configuration, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro, to support current and future needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements swiftly.
• Participate in SDLC stages for Zuora-related changes and system impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
