Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Trainer to lead both Zone and classroom training, embedding with the sales organization to translate product knowledge into customer-facing expertise that drives commercial growth. The role focuses on onboarding new hires and ongoing development to strengthen core competencies and elevate sales performance.

As a member of the Zone leadership team, you will design targeted development initiatives, coach field staff, and coordinate with regional leaders

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Aufgaben

• 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Implement and drive the NAM Learning & Development training strategy within the Zone.
• Designate role-specific training responsibilities (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc).
• Deliver and/or assist in delivery of formal training programs (new hire, skills, product launches).
• Evaluate sales capability needs and design targeted development initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and training pathway for new hires with leadership.
