Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Trainer to deliver Zone and classroom training, embedding with the sales team to translate product and clinical knowledge into customer-facing expertise. The role supports onboarding and ongoing development of sales professionals across the NAM Zone.

Key responsibilities include designing targeted training, coordinating onboarding, and updating content with the Sales Training Specialist to align with evolving market needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales in healthcare diagnostics.
• Experience in field training or sales training preferred.

Responsibilities

• 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Deliver or assist in formal training programs such as new hire onboarding and ongoing development.
• Develop targeted development initiatives to strengthen core competencies.
• Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires with leadership to accelerate competency.
• Update training content in collaboration with Sales Training Specialist and Instructional Designer.
