Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Trainer to onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals across the Zone, embedding with the commercial organization to translate product and clinical knowledge into practical customer-facing training that drives revenue growth and long-term sales effectiveness.

This role blends classroom delivery with field coaching, supports new hires, advances product knowledge, and partners with Zone and Regional leadership to identify capability gaps and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics with market understanding and customer needs.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Implement and drive the NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone to maximize performance and sales results.
• Designated role-specific training responsibility (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc).
• Deliver and/or assist in delivery of formal training programs including new hire training, skills training, product launches, or advanced training programs.
• Evaluate sales capability needs and design targeted development initiatives that strengthen core competencies for commercial execution.
