Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Implement and drive the NAM Learning & Development training strategy within the Zone.
• Deliver and/or assist in the delivery of formal training programs (new hire training, skills training, product launches).
• Evaluate sales capability needs and design targeted development initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and accelerate competency development for new sales hires.
• Create and update training content with Sales Training Specialist and Instructional Designer.
• Offer constructive, real-time feedback and deliver IPS summaries after training.
• Regularly travel with new hires and sales representatives to support field execution.
