Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Zone Sales Trainer to onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals, embedding within the commercial organization to strengthen product and clinical expertise.

This role blends classroom training with field coaching, partners with Zone and Regional leadership to identify capability gaps, design targeted development initiatives, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Implement and drive NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone to maximize performance and sales results.
• Designated role-specific training responsibility (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc)
• Deliver and/or assist in the delivery of formal training programs, including new hire training, skills training, product launches or advanced programs.
• Evaluate sales capability needs within the Zone and design targeted development initiatives to strengthen core competencies.
• Lead onboarding and training pathway for new sales hires, partnering with leadership to accelerate competency development.
• Work with Sales Training Specialist to create and update training content and materials to meet organizational strategies.
• Offer constructive, real-time feedback to learners and deliver IPS after training programs.
• Continually evaluate all sales training activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry changes and LD market innovations.
• Take on other training roles to support Siemens Healthineers' success.
• Conduct regular field travel with new hires and identified sales reps.
• Deliver additional training programs or take on other roles as needed.
