Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Zone Sales Trainer to lead both Zone and classroom training, embedding with the sales team to translate product knowledge into customer-facing expertise that drives commercial results.

The role focuses on onboarding new hires and sustaining ongoing development of sales staff across the NAM region, partnering with Zone leadership to close capability gaps and accelerate performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zone Training and classroom training across the Zone (50%/50%).
• Implement and drive the NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone.
• Designate role-specific training responsibilities (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc).
• Deliver and assist in formal training programs like onboarding, skills, product launches, or advanced training.
• Evaluate training needs and design targeted development initiatives to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate onboarding/training path for new sales hires with leadership to accelerate early performance.
• Create and update training content with Sales Training Specialist and Instructional Designer.
• Provide real-time feedback and written IPS after programs.
