Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Training professional to lead Zone and classroom training, embedding with the sales team to translate product knowledge into customer-facing skills. You will onboard new hires, reinforce skills, and advance clinical knowledge while partnering with zone and regional leadership to target development needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with deep market understanding.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Implement and drive NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone.
• Deliver designated role-specific training (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc).
• Deliver or assist in formal training programs including new hire training and product launches.
• Evaluate sales capability needs and design targeted development initiatives.
