Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of market landscape and customer needs.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training and 50/50 zone training with the NAM learning strategy.
• Design and drive the NAM LD training strategy to maximize performance and sales results.
• Coordinate onboarding and training pathway for new hires, accelerating early performance.
• Create and update training content to meet organizational LD strategies and market changes.
• Provide real-time feedback and written IPS after programs to improve effectiveness.
• Regularly evaluate training activities and identify areas for improvement.
