Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Trainer to lead both new hire onboarding and ongoing development for field sales teams. You will partner with Zone and Regional leaders to identify capability gaps, design targeted training initiatives, and coach sellers to improve performance and revenue growth.

The role focuses on translating product knowledge into practical customer-facing expertise and aligning learning strategies with business priorities across the Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zone Training and Classroom training efforts (50% each).
• Implement and drive NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone.
• Deliver role-specific training for AE, ACISE, Coag, etc.
• Design and deliver formal training programs, including new hire and product launches.
• Evaluate training needs and develop targeted development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate onboarding/training pathways for new hires with leadership.
