Job summary

Agero, the leading B2B driver assistance provider, is seeking a Performance Manager to design and oversee the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone. You will drive improvements in customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and manage performance across providers while coordinating with clients and OEM partners.

In this role you will coach service providers, analyze performance data, and build strong relationships with insurers, agents, and fleet partners.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service Oriented/Internal Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone.
• Improves CSI and reduces claims expense within the area.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurers, and service providers.
• Coordinates targeted proactive analyses for managing network performance.
