Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to shape the service delivery strategy for our assigned network zone. You will drive improvements in customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and align provider performance with CSI targets.

In this role, you will coach providers, foster strong client relationships, and coordinate analyses to optimize network performance. Some travel (up to 20%) to support onboarding and field operations is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supplier or asset management/ procurement experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel.
• Service-oriented approach to internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI, customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
• Coach service providers and maintain relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents.
• Coordinate analyses for network performance.
• Lead with best practices and drive performance metrics.
