Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the service delivery strategy for a designated network zone. You will drive performance improvements, partner with providers, and align actions to CSI goals.

Responsibilities include coaching providers, enhancing client relationships, and coordinating market insights to optimize service levels and reduce costs. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone.
• Improve service delivery metrics and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• Foster partnerships with providers and educate on best practices to drive performance.
• Coach providers to meet performance metrics and coordinate insights across markets.
• Develop master plans for zone roles and lead actions to improve CSI and reduce claims expense.
• Maintain strong client relationships with OEM dealers, insurers and service providers.
