Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the service delivery strategy for a national zone in the United States. You will drive metrics, optimize provider performance, and collaborate with clients and carriers to elevate service levels.

Role requires travel up to 20% and strong stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include coaching providers, implementing process changes, and coordinating competitive intelligence to enhance network performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Previous service experience in service delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a master service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Coach and monitor providers to reach performance targets and CSI goals.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurers, and service providers to improve service levels.
• Coordinate and perform targeted analyses to manage network performance.
