Job summary

Agero, a leading provider of digital driver assistance services, seeks a Performance Manager to lead service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone. You will drive CSI improvements, reduce claims expense, and partner with clients, OEM dealers, and insurance agents to optimize performance.

The role requires coaching providers, building cross-functional relationships, and conducting targeted analyses, with up to 20% travel. Expect a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service Oriented/Internal Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Implements a master strategy for assigned zone roles and creates action plans to improve CSI and reduce claims expense.
• Coaches service providers on overall performance within the assigned zone.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents, and service providers.
• Coordinates and completes targeted proactive analyses for managing network performance.
