Job summary

Agero, a leading B2B digital driver assistance provider, seeks a Performance Manager to lead service delivery for an assigned network zone. You will oversee strategy, drive CSI improvements, and build partnerships with providers and clients to elevate performance and reduce costs.

Travel up to 20% and collaboration with OEMs and insurers are in scope as you optimize service levels and network efficiency in North America.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service Oriented/Internal Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI, service delivery metrics and customer satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Coach providers and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEM dealers, agents and service partners.
• Coordinate proactive analyses to monitor and improve network performance.
