Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to design and oversee the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone. This role focuses on enhancing CSI, reducing costs, and driving performance through strong provider partnerships.

You will conduct root-cause analyses, coach providers on performance, and coordinate market feedback to improve service levels across the network. This role requires up to 20% travel and strong relationship-building skills.

Formación

• 2–4 years in supplier management or procurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
