Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the service delivery strategy for a designated network zone. You will drive performance improvements, coach providers, and partner with clients and OEMs to enhance service levels.

The role requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills, travel up to 20%, and ability to work PST hours to support West Coast providers. Base salary aligns with market range and experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Able to work PST hours to support west coast service providers.
• Previous service delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI and reduce claims expense through master strategy and action plans.
• Coach service providers on performance within the zone.
• Communicate product and process changes to providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents and providers.
• Coordinate targeted proactive analyses to manage network performance.
