Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to develop and oversee the service delivery strategy for a designated network zone across North America. You will drive key metrics, optimize performance, and partner with providers to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, align with business goals, and coordinate cross-functional efforts while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supplier/asset management or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service-oriented / internal customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI, reduce claims expense, and drive performance metrics.
• Coach service providers and foster positive client relationships.
• Coordinate targeted analyses to monitor and improve network performance.
