Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards and safety.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and ensures customer service excellence.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and functionality; uses logs and forms as needed.
• Executes rewards and recognition programs for crewmembers.
