Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations of one restaurant zone. The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, customer service, and safety while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1+ years of management experience in food service or retail, a willingness to work varied shifts, and reaching company training requirements. Regular travel within the zone may be needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of the restaurant and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture.
• Manages a restaurant zone during a shift and directs crewmembers.
• Provides exemplary customer service and supports rewards and recognition for crewmembers.
• Uses tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and records results.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility; completes other duties as assigned.
