Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards within the restaurant zone.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures facilities are in good working order.
• Supports rewards and recognition programs for crewmembers.
