Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations for one restaurant zone, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities.

This role requires directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety across shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Willingness to travel for training is expected.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations for one restaurant zone.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and ensure customer service excellence.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility; manage safety standards.
• Use tools, logs and forms to document results and take corrective action.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
