Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen, guiding crewmembers, and ensuring top-notch customer service across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone under the Restaurant Leader.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards and ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Manages zone according to Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards and uses logs to document results.
