Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations for one restaurant zone. You will uphold Cane’s standards and culture while managing shift execution and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires directing crewmembers, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Prior management experience and a willingness to adapt to varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willing to work diverse shifts and travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Manages assigned restaurant zone according to operations and safety standards.
• Uses tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and corrective action.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
