Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to supervise visual merchandising in designated zones, ensuring all sets meet documented standards and drive sales.

You will influence team members to uphold ethical conduct, safety, and a strong customer experience while managing heavy lifting and stock movement in a warehouse-format store. The Zone Lead works closely with the Assistant Store Manager, leading transitions, remerchandising, and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication (verbal, written, comprehension).
• Lifts up to 50 lbs with team lift up to 100 lbs; able to move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets with consistency to drive sales.
• Coordinate daily/weekly workload to meet visual and department goals.
• Assist in freight processes, stock locations, and end cap maintenance.
• Support customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead and coach team members to uphold visual priorities.
