Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead for a part-time role to support visual merchandising in designated zones, ensuring signs, endcaps, and displays meet company standards to drive sales.

This role also involves coaching team members on visual standards and maintaining safe, organized zones. Responsibilities include planning daily/weekly workload with the Assistant Store Manager, processing freight, stocking, and supporting guest experience while meeting store metrics.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, and resets.
• Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks with the Assistant Store Manager to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Participate in all freight processes and maintain organized zones.
• Stock and down-stock merchandise; maintain neat, sign-ed zones and sets.
• Support store team in customer experience, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Coach and train team members on visual priorities and standards.
• Review store scorecard data and act to improve metrics within zones.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
