Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to support merchandising in designated zones and uphold visual standards that drive sales. The role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and requires enthusiasm for lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse-format store.

The Zone Lead will guide visual merchandising transitions, manage daily tasks, and participate in freight processes while promoting safety and ethical conduct. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a retail setting.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise routinely.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising within designated zones and maintain brand standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and store tasks with the ASM.
• Assist with freight processing, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Support customer experience, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Provide coaching and training on visual priorities and standards.
• Review store data and help improve sales metrics.
• Maintain a neat, organized zone with current signing and sets.
• Open availability for nights and weekends as required.
