Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (FT) to manage visual merchandising in assigned zones and energize the selling culture. You will ensure lighting, signs, and fixtures align with company standards, while coaching team members and maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

The role requires lifting, stocking, and the ability to work nights and weekends within a warehouse-format setting. You’ll lead by example and drive guest engagement through compelling displays.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail in standards and processes.
• Ability to lead and train store team members.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising in designated zones and maintain standards.
• Lead transitions, product resets, and maintenance of signs, vignettes, and endcaps.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to plan daily/weekly workload.
• Support freight processes and stocking in the warehouse-format store.
• Promote customer experience, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Attend meetings/huddles and model ethical behavior.
• Teach visual priorities and create visual moments for customers.
