Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (Part-Time) to support merchandising in designated zones and uphold visual standards to drive sales.

The role requires enthusiasm for lifting and moving merchandise within a warehouse-format store environment, while promoting ethical conduct and safety. The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager on transitions, resets, and in-store promotions, ensuring signage, vignettes, and endcaps reflect the seasons and campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and team lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising across designated zones and transitions.
• Plan and lead assortments and resets while upholding standards.
• Stock and maintain signs, endcaps, and fixtures.
• Assist with freight processes and in-store promotions.
• Coach team members on visual standards and customer experience.
• Monitor store metrics and maintain clean, organized zones.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
