Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (FT) to uphold visual merchandising standards across designated zones and guide team members to deliver engaging guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to manage transitions, sets, and in-store promotions while ensuring safety and ethical conduct in a dynamic warehouse-style store. The role requires lifting, stocking, and maintaining neat, inviting zones.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and move merchandise in a warehouse-style store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in visual merchandising across designated zones and support the Assistant Store Manager with transitions, reinventions, and resets.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.
• Assist in freight processing and stock product in designated areas, including end caps and signage updates.
• Support customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention through proactive teamwork and communication.
• Coach and develop team members on visual priorities and merchandising standards.
• Monitor store scorecard data and take action within zones to improve metrics.
