Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead for a full-time role focused on maintaining and updating visual merchandising standards throughout designated zones.

The position emphasizes leading transitions, reinventions, product assortments, and store signage while driving guest engagement and sales performance. The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to plan daily workloads, manage freight, and ensure a clean, organized zone.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or better.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs, and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes in designated zones and maintain brand standards.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets to maintain visual integrity.
• Assist with freight processes and stock product in designated areas (end caps, signage).
• Support store team in customer experience, safety, and loss prevention measures.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
